Remember: You don’t have to hold it all yourself. To heal the collective, this includes healing ourselves. And to liberate ourselves, we also need each other. In our workplaces in particular, they tend to call and recreate the culture that has been existing for a long time. It is up to us individually and our leaders, to interrupt the patterns that don’t serve us and to start creating mechanisms and structures that call for our wellbeing and overriding our needs less. I believe this actually ends up serving us all, helping us to be more sustainable and at the same time, achieve our goals and impact better.
