Somatic Practice & Skills Group

If you've been wanting support, reassurance, and to lean into a sense of collective care during these times, these cohorts are for you. There's no time like this precious now to slow down, learn embodiment practices, focus on our own care (remember, to heal the collective, this includes healing ourselves), and feel witnessed and normalized in the obstacles we’re dealing with.

We wrapped up the Spring 2025 cohort, and we will being doing a Fall cohort (mid/late October). Here’s our interest form!

If you want to offer this to your workplace, or bring together a group of your own friends/colleagues, please fill out the Registration Interest Form. It’s a powerful way to support your community in building the essential skills we all need, together.

Collective liberation, includes liberating ourselves
