Somatic Practice & Skills Group
If you and/or your team have been wanting support, reassurance, and to lean into a sense of collective care during these times, these cohorts are for you. There's no time like this precious now to slow down, learn embodiment practices, increase collective resiliency, feel witnessed and normalized in the obstacles we’re dealing with, and focus on our own care (remember, to heal the collective, this includes healing ourselves).
Upcoming Cohorts (Especially open to LGBTIA+ and bodies of culture/color/people of the global majority. White-bodied allies are certainly welcome) —->

YES! I deeply wish that more of our workplaces and areas of society already encouraged collective care and individual care.
In the meantime, what we can (and do have control over) is beginning to make shifts for ourselves what and where we can ——in the face of all the inner/outer beliefs and circumstances prioritizing other things.
One of my favorite messages is “We are the most ordinary miracle” and my heart longing is for more and more of us to say yes to ourselves.
