upcoming 3-hour embodied gatherings

Offer your group presence, care & acknowledgement.

Sarah Saying Hi & Explaining This Offer

While the holidays and end-of-year deadlines bring up extra pressure, nature also reminds us that this is a time to slow down, reflect, and move more intentionally with setting the tone for the new cycle/year.

Please consider offering your core team and key supporters an opportunity (a gift) —to carve out three hours to gather together, exhale, and reconnect. This experience brings voice to the heartbeat of your team and all you’ve held this past year. Together, we’ll remember your dignity, honor your contributions, and feel your connection to one another.

How will we do this? ➯ Through reflection and writing prompts, self-awareness, somatic practices to try out, and starting to set goals towards your individual and collective care. Don’t worry - it is all invitation based. So for folks who aren’t comfortable with any of these types of things, they can choose how they want to participate.

With care,

Healing the collective includes healing ourselves.

  • No. This is designed as a “come as you are” experience. This means we’re not needing a prep call, and when we gather, we will adjust the flow based on whats in the room and the needs present.

I will provide you a google survey form that you can share with your team if anyone has a “burning desire” / context / questions to share with me in advance.

If you need additional context or want to talk in advance, please email me at hello@sarahrimmel.com

  • This offering is designed for a group and/or team (up to 15 people) who has been navigating periods of stress, overwhelm, or burnout together and value collective care.

Some examples of groups that work together to support a shared mission and/or project may be a group of staff, board, co-op members, advisors, a peer group, etc. You and your team are not defective.

  • This is not a therapy group (nor is this team or group coaching). This space is not designed for teams currently experiencing active conflict, crisis intervention needs, or HR-related tensions. Those contexts require additional onboarding and support. This is a space to learn new skills.

  • Guided embodied reflection, somatic practices for grounding and connection, space for meaning-making and emotional integration, collective acknowledgement and gratitude, and a gentle closing to identify what supports sustainable pacing moving forward.

No matter what pressures have been stirred up this year, this is a space to gather, nurture yourselves, and acknowledge both the challenges you’ve moved through and what has kept you going. We’ll slow down, offer gratitude, and begin to sense what needs to shift for the year ahead to feel more sustainable.
