upcoming 3-hour embodied gatherings
Offer your group presence, care & acknowledgement.
Before you disappear into holidays or end-of-year deadlines, take three hours to gather your team, exhale, and reconnect. This experience brings voice to the heartbeat of your team and all you’ve held this year. Together, we’ll remember your dignity, honor your contributions, and feel your connection to one another.
This offering is designed for teams who care about supporting one another and who have been navigating periods of stress, overwhelm, or burnout together. You and your team are not defective. No matter what pressures have been stirred up this year, this is a space to gather, nurture yourselves, and acknowledge both the challenges you’ve moved through and what has kept you going. We’ll slow down, offer gratitude, and begin to sense what needs to shift for the year ahead to feel more sustainable.

Teams up to ~15 people: staff groups, boards, small businesses, co-ops, collaborators, peer groups, and community partners.
This is not a therapy group and this space is not designed for teams currently experiencing active conflict, crisis intervention needs, or HR-related tensions. Those contexts require additional onboarding and support.
